Born and raised in LA, Jamie earned both her BS in Human Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Her interest in human movement stemmed from a knee injury she sustained playing on her high school basketball team. Due to school district budget cuts, she lacked access to injury risk reducing resources like athletic trainers and other professionals. Now, as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she is driven to help fill that missing resource for other athletes, so that they can not only ensure longevity in their sport(s), but also ensure continual growth in sport performance and life in general. Jamie is a strong believer that we are all athletes in our own way, and strives to ensure that everyone in the community is equipped with the resources to achieve their movement goals.

Her expertise ranges from working with young and upcoming athletes to professional athletes in the UFC, WSL, NFL, AVP, and more. In her off time, she enjoys surfing, diving, hiking, traveling, and enjoying meals with friends and family.
